Strategic Delivery Manager

Your role, your journey | Te Huarahi Whakatipu

At 2degrees, we're building partnerships that help more Kiwi customers access great connectivity in new ways. That's where you come in.

As our Strategic Delivery Manager, you'll sit at the heart of one of our most significant strategic partnerships, bringing together people, plans and priorities to deliver exceptional outcomes. Working closely with both our partner and teams across 2degrees, you'll lead complex programmes of work while building strong, trusted relationships that create confidence and drive results.

One of your first priorities will be supporting the delivery of a major product proposition. You'll coordinate activity across technology, operations, customer care, finance, product and commercial teams, ensuring everyone is aligned, informed and focused on the same goal.

This role is a unique blend of programme leadership, relationship management and customer success. You'll help shape long-term delivery roadmaps, navigate competing priorities, solve problems before they become issues and create a seamless customer experience. You'll be the kind of person who enjoys turning complexity into clarity, building strong connections and keeping momentum moving when there are lots of moving parts.

If you thrive in environments where relationships matter as much as delivery, and where no two days look quite the same, we'd love to hear from you.
