Strategic Delivery Manager – CEO Office

"The Strategic Project Manager will report to the C-level team and will be responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of strategic projects that are critical to the organization. The role will involve liaising with various departments within the organization and may also require working with external consultants and stakeholders.

ROLE:
• Detect, assess, and address critical issues facing the company across departments;
• Supervise the planning, delivery, and completion of strategic projects;
• Collaborate closely with department heads and the C-suite to align organizational efforts with strategic goals;
• Produce data-driven insights for strategy formulation;
• Effectively oversee timelines, budgets, and resources;
• Help shape the company's overall strategic planning and direction.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Degree in Business, Engineering or related field; an MBA is highly desirable;
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, or in consultancy, project management or business strategy;
• Proven ability to think strategically and analytically and address complex problems;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and oversee multiple projects simultaneously;
• Leadership ability and capacity to work cross-functionally and independently.
