About the Role
Our client is hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Test Analyst to support a major HR and payroll transformation project. This hands-on role will focus on end-to-end hire-to-retire testing across a SuccessFactors rollout.
Working closely with the business will support testing activities from preparation and execution through to go-live and hypercare, ensuring system quality, data integrity and payroll accuracy.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test scenarios, scripts and test data across SuccessFactors modules.
- Perform functional, system integration (SIT), user acceptance (UAT) and regression testing.
- Validate end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, integrations, data replication and payroll outcomes.
- Support payroll parallel testing, data migration validation and reconciliation.
- Manage defects, coordinate retesting and maintain test evidence and requirements traceability.
- Support cutover, go-live readiness, smoke testing and post-implementation hypercare.
- Collaborate with business SMEs, technical teams and vendors to resolve issues and report testing progress.
About You
Essential experience:
- Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors testing
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, employee lifecycle events and EC-to-ECP integration.
- Experience across SIT, UAT, regression and payroll parallel testing.
- Proven capability in test preparation, execution, defect management and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
