SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Summary
Supervises and analyzes manpower policies, billets, and organizational alignments for the U.S. Navy, ensuring compliance with SECNAV and OPNAV directives.
You will serve as a Supervisory Management Analyst in the FLT PERSONNEL RESOURCES & PRGMS BR, FLT PERS DEVELOPMENT & ALLOCATION DIV of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.
You will serve as a subject matter expert providing expert advice to higher officials within USFF for policies, guidance, and specific procedures relative to manpower execution, programming actions, and organizational alignments.
You will initiate, review, and/or forward to OPNAV request to change military and civilian manpower billets to include both peacetime and mobilization requirements.
You will perform studies and analysis on decisions affecting military and civilian end strength, evaluating impact of decision within stated SECNAV and OPNAV policies.
You will monitor the Navy's Future Year defense Plan (FYDP), ensuring military end strength is correctly allocated to the correct funding category.
