Supervisory Management and Program Analyst (Facilities)

Summary

Supervises and directs facilities programs for U.S. Border Patrol, planning construction projects and analyzing data to meet mission needs.

Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol Headquarters, Facilities Division, located in Washington, D.C. Additional selections may be made for other organizational divisions and/or units within the duty location(s) listed above.

In this Supervisory Management and Program Analyst (Facilities) role, you will become a key team member of Homeland Security Individuals involved in supervising, directing, implementing, coordinating, and overseeing U.S. Border Patrol mission oriented administrative programs and projects. This position starts at a salary of $143,913.00 (GS-14, Step 1) to $187,093.00 (GS-14, Step 10). Typical duties include: Developing short- and long-term operational requirements to ensure critical mission needs are addressed. Reviewing long-range plans, identifying bottlenecks, conducting studies of organizational effectiveness, and recommending adjustments. Working directly affects USBP's national facilities portfolio through planning, designing, and programming of construction projects. Supervising a group responsible for requirements development, design reviews, and field liaison. Coordinating requirements development with field components and CBP project/program managers and analyzing facilities data to inform strategic planning.
