SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST
Summary
Supervises management programs and strategic planning for the U.S. Department of State, developing policies and overseeing performance systems.
This position is located in the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Human Resources, Office of Organization and Talent Analytics, Systems Oversight Division. The incumbent is responsible for directing, implementing, coordinating, or overseeing one or more of a variety of management programs impacting the Bureau/Department, in the capacity of a supervisor.
Directs and coordinates Bureau management programs, strategic planning, and program implementation.
Develops and evaluates policies, directives, and guidance impacting Bureau operations and programs.
Plans, assigns, and evaluates work; develops performance standards; manages hiring; and oversees employee development.
Develops and monitors management information systems, planning controls, and program performance.
Leads special studies, task forces, and executive initiatives to improve organizational performance.
