'ROLE:
- Ensure the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing goods, keeping stock records accurate.
- Design and introduce measures to optimize inventory.
- Oversee the administrative work associated with the role, including product creation, placing orders, and invoice validation.
- Manage the complete order lifecycle, from creation to arrival and receipt at our warehouse.
- Maintain and monitor inventory management systems.
- Oversee service levels and stock turnover.
- Support optimized purchasing by avoiding stockouts and reducing the number of stock turnover days.
- Coordinate with other teams to safeguard stock integrity and fulfil operational needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in similar roles (Preferred).
- Ability to analyze stock data and advanced Excel knowledge.
- Excellent communication and skills in solving problems.
- Experience in controlling service levels.
- Experience in negotiations with suppliers.
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English (mandatory).
