About Brainkind
Brainkind is one of the UK's leading charities supporting people living with acquired brain injuries and complex neurological conditions.
We are passionate about empowering individuals to live as independently as possible, providing specialist, person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice and quality of life.
About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate, experienced and proactive Bank Community Team Leader to support and guide a dedicated care team providing personalised support to an individual living in their own home in Norfolk.
Unlike a traditional residential care setting, this role involves delivering and coordinating care within the community, ensuring the individual receives consistent, high-quality support in the comfort and familiarity of their own home.
You will play a key role in supporting the care team, maintaining excellent standards of care and promoting the individual's independence, wellbeing and personal choices.

Lead, support and motivate a small team of Support Workers delivering care within an individual's home.
Ensure person-centred care is delivered in line with individual support plans, preferences and needs.
Provide hands-on support alongside the team when required.
Promote independence, dignity, choice and community participation.
Support colleagues with day-to-day guidance, coaching and best practice.
Maintain accurate care records, risk assessments and relevant documentation.
Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals and management to ensure continuity of care.
Identify and escalate any concerns relating to safeguarding, wellbeing or care quality.
About You
We would love to hear from candidates who have:
Previous experience as a Team Leader, Senior Support Worker or in a similar supervisory care role.
Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, neurological conditions or acquired brain injuries.
A compassionate, patient and person-centred approach.
Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
Confidence working independently within a community-based care environment.
A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards one.
Why Join Brainkind?
At Brainkind, every shift makes a meaningful difference.
Our community-based services allow individuals to receive specialist support while remaining in their own homes, surrounded by familiar environments and routines.
As a Bank Team Leader, you will benefit from flexible working opportunities while contributing to a supportive team dedicated to improving someone's everyday quality of life.
