System Administrator

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and supporting IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security of our systems. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization's computer systems and networks, providing technical support to users, and implementing network configurations and firewall settings to safeguard our data. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain Windows servers and desktop environments, ensuring high availability and performance. - Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues effectively. - Configure and manage LAN/WAN networks, ensuring seamless connectivity and communication across the organization. - Implement and monitor firewall configurations to protect the network from unauthorized access and threats. - Collaborate with IT teams to plan and execute system upgrades and migrations. - Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role. - Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop support. - Familiarity with network configuration and management, including LAN/WAN setups. - Experience with firewall configuration and security protocols. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical staff.
