Job Details (Responsibilities)
Business-to-Technical Translation: Understand business requirements and workflows, and translate them into practical technical solutions and system architecture.
System Design & Architecture: Design and oversee the overall system architecture, including Web Applications, Mobile Applications, APIs, Databases, and infrastructure.
Technical Leadership & Mentoring: Act as a technical consultant and mentor for the development team, providing technical guidance, coaching, and support to resolve technical challenges.
Code Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead the technical development process from planning and system design through development, deployment, and successful project go-live.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, QA, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and Business Teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
Technical Problem-Solving: Identify technical risks, resolve development blockers, and recommend effective solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
AI-Driven Development: Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve development efficiency, productivity, and overall team performance.
Key Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of hands-on software development experience as a Developer.
At least 3 years of experience in a System Analyst (SA) role.
Strong understanding of Web Application and Mobile Application architectures, capabilities, and technical limitations.
Solid knowledge of System Architecture, including Frontend, Backend, APIs, Databases, and Third-Party Integrations.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable, and cost-effective technical solutions.
Proven experience contributing to or leading software development projects from initial design through successful deployment and go-live.
