ADMIN SYSTEM ANALYST

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically inclined Admin System Analyst to support the development, maintenance, testing, and improvement of internal systems and applications. The successful candidate will coordinate with the Administration and IT teams to ensure system functionality, data accuracy, and efficient business operations.

Fresh graduates with relevant educational backgrounds and foundational technical knowledge are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant work experience in system analysis, web development, system administration, or application support will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of internal systems and web applications.

• Analyze system requirements and business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate technical solutions.

• Coordinate with the Administration and IT teams regarding system updates, requested changes, and technical concerns.

• Conduct system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify functionality and ensure that changes meet requirements before implementation.

• Assist in database management, data validation, and system documentation.

• Support API integration and the use of AI tools or AI-powered solutions to improve system functionality and workflow efficiency.

• Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to applications, databases, and web hosting.

• Maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, testing results, and change logs.

• Ensure that system modifications are properly tested, documented, and coordinated with the concerned personnel before approval and implementation.

• Perform other related administrative and technical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant work experience is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and MySQL/MariaDB.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git/GitHub, domain and DNS management, web hosting, or server administration is an advantage.

• Knowledge of system testing, troubleshooting, and database management is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI tools, AI models, AI agent development, or AI/API integration is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills when working with different departments.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing system requirements.

• Able to work onsite in East Grace Park, Caloocan City.
