Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 4,500 per month

Job Responsibilities

IP-PBX & Cloud PBX: Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot IP-PBX, Cloud PBX, SIP Trunk, IP Phones and VoIP communication systems.
Video Conferencing & Meeting Room Solutions: Install, configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, cameras, microphones, displays and meeting room systems.
Digital Signage & Pro AV: Install and support digital signage systems, media players, LED displays and AV-over-IP solutions.
Network & IT Infrastructure: Perform basic network configuration and troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS and network connectivity.
Technical Support & Commissioning: Provide onsite and remote technical support for installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and after-sales services.
System Integration: Assist in integrating communication systems, audiovisual equipment and network infrastructure to meet project requirements.
Technical Documentation: Prepare system configurations, network diagrams, IP address allocation records, testing reports and technical handover documents.
Customer Support: Liaise with customers, project teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

A Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Networking, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field is an advantage.
At least one (1) year of relevant working experience in system engineering, IT networking, IP telephony, video conferencing or audiovisual solutions.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking, IP-PBX, SIP Trunk, VoIP systems or AV solutions.
Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, responsible and willing to learn new technologies.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Possess a valid driving licence and own reliable transport.
Willing to travel to customer sites when required.
