System Engineer (Microsoft Teams & Workplace Technology, $24-34K)
Salary: $24,000 – $32,000 per month
Key responsibilities
Support and deliver telephone number migration projects using Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice
Manage and validate PBX user migration requirements and evaluate Microsoft Teams features and dependencies
Coordinate project activities and ensure delivery according to project schedules and user requirements
Administer and provide ongoing support for Microsoft Teams through Microsoft 365 Admin Centre
Liaise with Microsoft Support and telecommunications service providers to resolve technical issues
Monitor Teams Phone usage, user adoption, and system health, and prepare regular reports
Support large-scale IT transformation projects, including Windows upgrades and endpoint modernization initiatives
Work closely with helpdesk teams, vendors, and business users to resolve deployment and migration issues
Provide Second-Line (L2) support for in-house engineering applications, including participation in a 24x7 on-call support roster for critical incidents
Maintain project documentation, deployment records, issue logs, trackers, and status reports
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
1 - 3 years of experience in IT project coordination, project administration, IT support, desktop support, or related fields
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and IT infrastructure environments
Strong project tracking, reporting, and documentation skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving and follow-up abilities
Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and drive issue resolution
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration is preferred
Experience supporting Windows migration, PC refresh, or endpoint deployment projects is an advantage
