Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networks, cloud platforms, and IBM AS400 systems.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
Monitor system performance, security, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery readiness to ensure high availability.
Support data center operations, including hardware deployment, cabling, and facility infrastructure management.
Deliver infrastructure projects, preventive maintenance, and 24x7 operational support while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience in System Administration, Infrastructure, Data Center, or Cloud Operations.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, Virtualization, Storage, Networking, and Cloud Technologies.
Experience with IBM AS400 (IBM i) is an advantage.
Able to provide on-call or standby support when required.
