About the role
We are seeking two Contract Systems Analysts to support a government project involving business process review, system design and development, and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Office Automation (OA) solutions. The successful candidates will work closely with business users to review existing processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and design and implement improved workflows.
Key responsibilities
Review and document current business workflows, including preparation of AS-IS process maps.
Analyse existing workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Design TO-BE process maps incorporating AI and office automation technologies.
Support system design, development and implementation of AI and OA solutions.
Facilitate cross-functional discussions with business users and technical teams to gather and clarify requirements.
Prepare clear specifications, supporting documentation and user manuals.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
About you
At least 5 years of post-qualification IT experience, including 3 years in a similar capacity.
Experience in business process analysis and redesign, including preparation of AS-IS and TO-BE process maps.
Experience applying AI or office automation technologies to optimise business workflows.
Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions.
Experience facilitating cross-functional discussions and producing specifications and user manuals.
Business Intelligence / Data Mining: at least 2 years.
Document Flow / Workflow Management Systems: at least 3 years.
Information System Study: at least 3 years.
IT Planning: at least 3 years.
Business Process Modelling: at least 2 years.
