The Job:

• Provide deskside and remote technical support for end-user devices, applications, and workplace technologies.

• Carry out the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle support of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and conference room equipment.

• Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, and related end-user computing platforms.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user access issues, and escalate complex incidents to the appropriate teams to minimise business disruption.

• Support user onboarding, offboarding, workstation setup, and software provisioning in accordance with established procedures.

• Apply and maintain endpoint security controls, software updates, patches, and device compliance settings in accordance with IT policies.

• Monitor and update assigned service tickets, resolve incidents in accordance with service level objectives, and escalate unresolved issues promptly.

• Work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams to resolve cross-functional technical issues.

• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and related documentation.

• Liaise with vendors and service providers on hardware procurement, maintenance, and warranty services as assigned.

• Assist with automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance IT support efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related discipline.

• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in IT support, end-user computing, systems administration, or deskside support roles.

• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and Teams; familiarity with Intune and endpoint management solutions is an advantage.

• Experience deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting laptops and desktops in a corporate environment.

• Experience supporting executive users and business-critical operations is preferred.

• Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based environments is an advantage.
