Talent Acquisition Program Manager (US MNC / Woodlands)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage talent acquisition programs aligned with business objectives and workforce planning priorities.
- Translate regional and global recruitment strategies into local initiatives, with clear deliverables, timelines and performance measures.
- Build sustainable talent pipelines through university partnerships, early-career initiatives, postgraduate and PhD recruitment, and alternative sourcing channels.
- Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and recruitment teams to identify hiring needs and coordinate program delivery.
- Establish relationships with universities, educational institutions, government agencies and industry partners to support talent attraction, career development, upskilling and reskilling initiatives.
- Plan and execute recruitment campaigns, campus engagement activities, networking events and social media initiatives to strengthen employer visibility and candidate engagement.
- Support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding, as required.
- Advise stakeholders on recruitment processes and best practices, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience.
- Track program outcomes, maintain accurate recruitment data and provide reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems and sourcing methods while promoting fair and inclusive hiring practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, including program or process management.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, implementing and evaluating recruitment or talent development programs.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, recruitment technologies and employer branding.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams and adapt to changing business priorities.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment data and translate findings into practical improvements.
- Experience in university relations, early-career recruitment, postgraduate hiring or alternative talent sourcing would be advantageous.
- Experience managing regional or global projects across different markets and cultures would be advantageous.
