Team Leader - Inside Sales

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader for our Inside Sales department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams within the outbound call center environment, particularly in the banking process sector. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring that targets are met and that team members are motivated and performing at their best.
