Tech Arch - Performance Tester (Ref 26533)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement performance test strategies, plans, and scenarios based on system architecture and business requirements.

• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or Gatling.

• Simulate various load conditions (load, stress, endurance, spike) and analyze system behavior under test.

• Monitor system performance using APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic) and correlate metrics with test results.

• Identify performance bottlenecks across application layers (UI, API, database, infrastructure) and work with development teams to resolve them.

• Create and manage test data and environments for performance testing.

• Document test results, performance metrics, and tuning recommendations in detailed reports.

• Participate in performance tuning and capacity planning discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 1-5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing.

• Exposure in designing and implementing automation frameworks.
