Tech Lead / DevOps Engineer

The Role

• Responsible for design and implementing the most appropriate solution to answer to our business expectations and in line with our enterprise standards and level of security
• Being involved in the planning of the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities
• Managing stakeholders and external interfaces for setting up tools and required infrastructure
• Writing Architecture schema, specifications and documentation
• Responsible for Code review and Coding Quality of the squad
• Working with other tribe contributors - Production, Infra, EA, CISO, Framework
• Monitoring and handling production incidents being part of the hotline team as per ITIL processes

Requirements

• Expertise in Azure DEVOPS pipeline management for .NET, Java, frontend Angular/REACT technologies
• Expertise in CI/CD tools like source code management tools (GIT/TFS)
• Excellent knowledge of software development and software testing methodologies along with configuration management practices
• Way of Working in our Agile framework
• Proven working experience in both Windows 10 and Linux; (preferably Windows) and strong experience in Ansible and scripting languages (Python, bash, Shell, Ansible)
• Knowledge of cloud-based environments
• Configuring alerts and analysis of application logs & server logs. Experience with Splunk , Azure App Insights would be a plus
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Gitlab
• Involved in the Design System Maintenance
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Ability to review deployment and delivery pipelines i.e., implement initiatives to minimize chances of failure, identify bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues
• Experience in multiple orchestration tools (Example: Service Fabric, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Experienced with Dynamics 365; Logic apps

Nice to have

• Monitoring tools (Logstash, Redis, Elastic search, Kibana) for Configuring dashboards, configuring reports, Build and deployment tools (Jenkins, TFS, Ansible etc.)
• UXDesign interactions , Customer experience and Adoption
• API integration
• DataHub platform creation awareness
• Continuous improvement Coding Review/ Maintenance/ Analytics for IT
• Good communication, collaboration, budgeting and time management skills
