About the role
PT DyKa Konsultama is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support a leading ICT company. This role focuses on cloud migration, solution delivery, and customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
Assess customer requirements and provide cloud migration solutions that address business and technical challenges
Support consulting, planning, architecture design, and implementation for large-scale cloud migration projects
Design cloud solutions covering networking, high availability, scalability, and security
Lead the preparation of system testing plans, test cases, and test result reports
Manage on-premises-to-cloud and cloud-to-cloud migration projects, including resources, schedules, milestones, and risks
Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery
Provide technical guidance across cloud services, including computing, networking, storage, security, databases, big data, and middleware
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in the cloud or ICT industry
Experience in cloud architecture, operations, maintenance, or migration solutions
Strong knowledge of virtualization across computing, networking, and storage, as well as public cloud services
Experience delivering and maintaining projects using leading cloud platforms is preferred
Fluent English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills
Customer-oriented, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
HCIA, HCIP, HCIE, PMP, or other relevant certifications are an advantage
