Technical Business Analyst
Summary
Bridge business needs and technical teams by analyzing software requirements, designing processes, and assessing impacts to support large implementations.
Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year
Requirements:- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst within a software delivery or technology environment
- Proven ability to bridge business and technical teams using data analysis
- Experience producing functional designs, process flows, sequence diagrams
- Strong experience conducting business impact assessments across multiple streams
- Experience supporting large implementations and ensuring operational readiness
- Background in business change activities, including communications planning
- Experience supporting testing activities and resolving test queries
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ceremonies such as sprint planning
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integration concepts
- Ability to identify technical constraints and communicate clearly to stakeholders
- Additional experience for senior-level applicants: Customer-facing roles, leading requirements elicitation, mentoring junior analysts, strong knowledge of Business Analysis tools
- Work within a high-performing software delivery team on complex projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional technology and business stakeholders
- Conduct data analysis to assess processes and gather requirements
- Produce functional designs and maintain detailed backlog items
- Conduct business impact assessments and support large implementations
- Ensure operational readiness for new operating models
- Facilitate communications planning and training design for business change
- Support testing activities, including reviewing scripts and triaging defects
