We’re partnering with a leading organisation within EdTech, hiring a Technical Business Analyst to work across a range of technology projects and business initiatives.

This is a highly stakeholder-focused role for a detailed, technically minded Business Analyst who can translate business needs into practical technology solutions.


What You’ll Do

• Translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors and project teams
• Lead requirements gathering, workshops and process analysis
• Document detailed requirements, processes, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Support solution design, testing, implementation and business readiness
• Identify gaps, risks, dependencies and impacts across business and technology

About You

• Experience as a BA in higher Education, EdTech, Education – essential
• An exceptional communicator who can confidently engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of the technology landscape and how systems, data, applications and integrations fit together
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technology outcomes
• Highly detailed with excellent documentation and analytical skills
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, technical teams and vendors
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously

Highly Desirable

• Experience with LMS, Student Management Systems, CRM or student-facing technology
• Exposure to data, integrations, infrastructure, identity or enterprise applications
• Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery experience
