We’re looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a major Modern Retailing transformation within a large, complex enterprise environment.
This is a significant business and technology transformation focused on modernising how customers purchase, manage and interact with products and services through a new Offer and Order-based environment.
You’ll work across Digital, Technology, Commercial and Operational teams, helping define requirements, map complex customer journeys and support the transition from existing platforms and processes.
What you'll be doing
• Gather and translate business and technical requirements into clear requirements and user stories
• Map current and future-state processes across digital and assisted customer journeys
• Analyse impacts across people, process and technology
• Manage requirements through design, build, testing and implementation
• Work closely with technical teams across integrations, data flows and platform dependencies
• Identify dependencies and support delivery sequencing and prioritisation
• Support business readiness, change and adoption activities
What we're looking for
• Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst within large, complex environments
• Excellent requirements gathering, process mapping and As-Is / To-Be analysis skills
• Experience delivering major technology or platform transformation programs
• Strong understanding of systems, integrations and technology delivery
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder management across business, product and technology teams
• Experience across digital retailing, eCommerce, customer platforms or order management environments would be highly regarded
