Technical Consultant
Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 4,500 per month
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for software installation, version upgrades, configuration, and system integration activities.
Coordinate and facilitate equipment integration and software upgrade activities in accordance with project requirements and schedules.
Assist in configuring and maintaining system interfaces, communication services, and middleware to support data exchange between systems and equipment.
Perform system testing, verification, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
Work closely with technical teams, project coordinators, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and integration.
Monitor technical activities and implementation progress, and follow up on outstanding issues to support timely project delivery.
Maintain proper technical documentation, including configuration records, upgrade logs, testing results, issue reports, and implementation status.
Identify potential technical risks and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams for further investigation and resolution.
Provide remote or on-site technical support as required by project requirements.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned by the Company.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Basic knowledge of programming languages, particularly C#.
Experience in technical support, system integration, equipment integration, or software version upgrades is preferred.
Familiarity with system communication protocols, messaging middleware, or application integration technologies is an advantage.
Knowledge of TIBCO Rendezvous and RabbitMQ is an added advantage.
Good troubleshooting, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and/or Bahasa Melayu.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical teams and other stakeholders.
Mandarin language proficiency is an added advantage for business communication.
