Salary: RM 7,000 – RM 10,000 per month
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Implementation Manager to lead software implementations for financial and enterprise clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end software implementation and deployment
Coordinate with clients and technical teams
Gather requirements and manage system integrations
Oversee testing, issue resolution, and project delivery
Manage project risks, timelines, and documentation
Ensure smooth deployment and client handover
About you
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
5–8 years of software implementation experience
Experience in fintech, ERP, or enterprise systems
Knowledge of APIs, data migration, and system integration
Familiarity with AWS/Azure, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
Experience with Jira or MS Project is an advantage
Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
