Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager with a focus on operational readiness, security operations, and critical infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years in the field, including substantial experience in managing transition activities in complex, regulated environments. The role demands a strong understanding of security, governance processes, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.

Main Responsibilities

This position will involve overseeing crucial defense and security operational services throughout the project's lifecycle.

  • Act as the Single Point of Contact for construction project coordination of defense and security services.

  • Ensure that all operational services are ready prior to the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) takeover.

  • Coordinate readiness activities across project teams and stakeholders.

  • Embed operational requirements throughout project delivery.

  • Lead operational readiness activities supporting the transition from construction to generation.

  • Analyze and manage cyber requirements and compliance.

  • Facilitate communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment.

  • Manage interfaces between workstreams and operational teams.

  • Develop and maintain transfer and handover processes.

  • Support operational acceptance activities and readiness assessments.

  • Identify and manage operational readiness risks.

  • Provide management reporting on readiness and compliance risks.

  • Support change management initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in operational readiness and security operations.

  • Proven experience in managing transitions from project execution to live operations.

  • Knowledge of Polish regulatory requirements

  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.

  • Experience with establishing operational organizations and governance models.

  • Strong understanding of physical security, information security, and cybersecurity governance.

  • Familiarity with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).

  • Knowledge of operational technology (OT) and cybersecurity principles.

  • High level of structural organization and delivery focus.

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and PMP are preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in joint venture governance structures.

  • Comfortable operating in multicultural environments.

  • Risk-aware with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
