Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month
About the role
The Technical Requirements & QA Engineer bridges business needs and software development by translating business objectives into clear technical specifications, system workflows, and data models. This role also oversees quality assurance to ensure that Odoo ERP modules, system integrations, and digital dashboards meet requirements, function as intended, and comply with established quality standards.

About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
3–5 years of experience in technical requirements gathering, systems analysis, or quality assurance engineering
Experience working with development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Functional and technical knowledge of Odoo ERP, particularly Inventory, CRM, Accounting, database structures, and workflow configurations
Proficiency in manual software testing, test case design, and black-box/white-box testing methodologies
Ability to interpret data models, workflow diagrams, and API documentation
Experience in supply chain, logistics, or ERP (preferably Odoo) development is highly advantageous
Experience with automated testing frameworks is an advantage
