Technical Support Engineer (Level 1 / Driving license required)

1 year contract under employment agency payroll

Salary up to $4250 + 1 month completion bonus (Subject to performance and recommendation by RO/PM)

Work Location: Yio Chu Kang area (Need to travel to different locations, must possess class 3 license or motorbike)

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to provide operational and technical support across Singapore. This role involves supporting day-to-day system operations, delivering Level 1 technical support, and working closely with workshop mechanics to resolve issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have basic technical troubleshooting skills, good communication skills (interact with workshop mechanics and stakeholder), and a willingness to learn. They should be comfortable working with different teams, coordinating issue resolution, and providing support when required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support for operational and system-related issues
• Monitor and support daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Work closely with internal teams and workshop mechanics across Singapore to coordinate and resolve technical issues
• Perform basic troubleshooting, issue logging, escalation, and follow-up
• Assist in maintaining service standards and operational readiness
• Support onsite activities when required
• Prepare simple reports and updates on issues, actions taken, and resolution status

Requirements

• Singaporean (need to clear pre-employment check before onboarding)
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with workshop mechanics and internal stakeholders across Singapore
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced operational environment
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills or relevant support experience
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must possess at least a class 3 driving license or possesses a motorbike.
• Comfortable travelling to different locations in Singapore when required
• Experience in operations support, technical support, or a related field is an advantage
• Familiarity with basic incident handling and customer/service support processes
• Training will be provided
