Technical Writer Intern

Salary: Rp 2.000.000 – Rp 2.000.001 per month

Job Description:

•⁠ ⁠Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, user guides, manuals, and other supporting documents.

•⁠ ⁠Gather and organize information from developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.

•⁠ ⁠Help translate technical information into clear and easy-to-understand documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in reviewing and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

•⁠ ⁠Update documentation based on feedback, product updates, and changes in system functionality.

•⁠ ⁠Support documentation activities using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other documentation tools.

•⁠ ⁠Participate in team discussions and meetings related to product and technical documentation.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Final-year student or fresh graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠Have an interest in technical writing, documentation, and technology.

•⁠ ⁠Good writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.

•⁠ ⁠Able to explain or organize technical information in a clear and simple way.

•⁠ ⁠Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of software development or application processes is a plus.

•⁠ ⁠Willing to learn new tools, technologies, and documentation processes.

•⁠ ⁠Good communication and collaboration skills.

•⁠ Willing to work from office (WFO)
