Largely remote with occasional travel to Scott AFB, IL.

Serve as the operational execution lead for the TSST program. Responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and managing daily transition activities across customer outreach, inventory management, transition ordering, issue resolution, installation scheduling, and cutover execution. Maintain operational control of the transition lifecycle and ensure timely movement of telecommunications services through the transition pipeline.

Occasional Travel may be required to Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.


Position Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operational execution of transition activities across all TSST workstreams.
• Direct and coordinate the telecommunications order management operation supporting approximately 70,000 transition-related orders.
• Maintain visibility into transition status, schedules, dependencies, risks, and outstanding actions.
• Manage task assignments, workload balancing, and operational priorities across the TSST team.
• Coordinate customer, vendor, agency, and PMO activities to ensure timely resolution of transition issues.
• Oversee transition schedules, installations, service activations, cutovers, and disconnect activities.
• Monitor operational metrics, throughput, backlogs, and transition performance indicators.
• Facilitate operational meetings, action-item management, and transition readiness reviews.
• Maintain transition tracking databases, reporting artifacts, and operational dashboards.
• Provide status updates and operational reporting to the Program Manager and Government stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, Business, or related discipline.
• 8+ years supporting telecommunications transition, provisioning, network services, or service delivery programs.
- 5+ years leading operational execution teams supporting telecommunications or network modernization initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading telecommunications provisioning, service delivery, transition execution, network operations, or migration programs.
• Functional expertise with telecommunications services, ordering environments, and contract vehicles including EIS, NETWORX, WITS 3, CVS, and related telecommunications service contracts.
• Experience managing high-volume service-order, provisioning, or transition operations.
• Knowledge of telecommunications installation, activation, cutover, and disconnect processes.
• Experience managing schedules, dependencies, operational risks, and issue resolution activities.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing operational reports, dashboards, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)

Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP, Agile, CAPM, ITIL, or comparable project management certification.
• Experience supporting DISA, DITCO, EIS, NETWORX, or large-scale telecommunications transition programs.
• Current Tier 1 (T1/NACI) eligibility or ability to obtain required access.
