Job Description

Skilled test automation lead who can work independently as well as technically lead a team

Requirement analysis, design and implementation of automation tests for the given applications either in Python or Javascript based on the need

Technically Lead a team of 4-6 automation members in terms for technical review, tech support and decision making.

Strong programming skills on Object Oriented Python with excellent debugging skills to analyze any complex issues and identify root cause.

Good experience and knowledge in web/mobile application automation & related tools/packages (like selenium, Appium or other alternatives

At least 1 year of experience in AI enabled testing, usage of AI tools for testing activitiees

Test Development, Test execution, failure analysis, reporting and test script maintenance including AI assistance.

Bug triaging and tracking.

Take end to end ownership of software from QA perspective and propose new solutions for any problems across the automation spectrum.

Interact with different stakeholders across the product development teams and resolve dependencies related to testing

Hands on experience with different tools - Version Control systems (Git), Test Management Software (QTest/QMetry), Bug Tracking software and CI/CD tools (Jenkins etc.)
