Test Automation Lead (remote)

We are looking for a QA Automation Lead with expertise Playwright.

Job Description:

• Gathering Quality Assurance requirements from Product Owners & coordinating with development teams
• Creating roadmaps for Automation and other quality transformation initiatives
• Collaborating with all teams across the geographies
• Documenting Test Cases, Scenarios, maintaining JIRA
• Championing & consulting on QE processes & best practices

Must Haves:

• Ability to independently liaise with Product Owners, Product Development teams & Scrum teams to gather requirements and further define the QA roadmap
• Technical expertise and hands-on experience with Playwright + TypeScript OR Javascript
• Responsibility to prioritize QA tasks, and work with teams to resolve any blockers, provide daily progress updates to the client, and plan all necessary documentation as artefacts
• Experience in setting up, running & integrating automated tests through CI/CD pipelines
• Working experience with keyword, data driven, hybrid and BDD frameworks
• Ability to hit the ground running, self-starter and mentor the team to progress on QA Targets
• Experience with leading automation Teams & QA Consulting
