About Shore360:

Shore360 is a 100% Australian-owned BP firm based in the Philippines, providing customized staffing and administrative support for international companies, handling recruitment, HR, IT, and office facilities so clients can focus on core business, offering transparent pricing, dedicated teams, and flexible setups.

Role purpose

We are seeking an experienced Tier 2 Salesforce Administrator to provide day-to-day technical and functional support across our business.

This is a hands-on support role requiring strong troubleshooting capability, sound Salesforce administration experience and the confidence to work directly with users across multiple countries and time zones.

Tier 2 capability required

The successful candidate should be able to independently:

  • Troubleshoot user access and permission issues.

  • Review and update standard Salesforce configurations.

  • Investigate Flow failures and automation errors.

  • Analyse data and complete controlled bulk updates.

  • Create meaningful operational and management reporting.

  • Translate a business issue into a clear Salesforce requirement.

  • Test solutions and confirm that the underlying issue has been resolved.

  • Explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.

  • Distinguish between a training issue, data issue, configuration issue and development requirement.

Experience and qualifications

  • At least five years' experience in Tier 2 Salesforce support.

  • Experience with reports, dashboards, Flows, validation rules and data management.

  • Experience supporting a ticket-based service environment.

  • Experience with sandbox testing and release-management processes is desirable.

  • Strong Office 365 / Excel capability

Personal attributes

  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Able to manage priorities and work independently.

  • Comfortable asking questions and challenging unclear requirements.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication.

  • Customer-focused, responsive and solutions-oriented.

  • Willing to take ownership of issues through to resolution.

  • Able to work collaboratively with an Australian-based team and support global stakeholders.

Key requirements:

  • Strong communication skills: Clear, concise and professional verbal and written English. Candidates must be able to understand questions, provide relevant answers and explain information logically without excessive prompting.

  • Confidence and autonomy: Someone comfortable thinking critically, taking initiative, investigating issues and making decisions within their scope of responsibility, rather than relying on step-by-step instructions.

  • Helpdesk/customer support experience: Comfortable managing incoming enquiries, troubleshooting issues, prioritising requests, following up and providing timely, accurate responses.

  • Salesforce capability: Practical experience navigating Salesforce to locate customer and account information, review records and case histories, identify relevant information, update records and log or manage cases. The candidate should be able to use the available information to determine the appropriate response rather than simply follow a script.

  • Problem-solving: Able to investigate an issue, identify relevant information across systems, consider possible solutions and explain their reasoning.

  • Organisation and accountability: Strong attention to detail, effective prioritisation and ownership of enquiries through to resolution.
