Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled TOSCA Automation Tester to join our IT Services team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive background in HR/HCM and H2R business processes to ensure the quality and reliability of our SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our automation frameworks and managing the full lifecycle of test automation and defect resolution, directly contributing to the stability and efficiency of our critical business applications.
Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive testing strategies for SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with HR and HCM business workflows.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation scripts using TOSCA, UFT, and qTest to streamline the testing process.
- Lead initiatives to improve and optimize existing automation frameworks for greater efficiency and coverage.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of test automation activities, including execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Identify, document, track, and resolve software defects to maintain high product quality standards.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Possess 5 to 7 years of professional experience within the IT Services sector, specifically focusing on test automation.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of HR/HCM and H2R business processes.
- Have proven expertise in testing SAP SuccessFactors environments.
- Show strong proficiency with TOSCA Automation, UFT, and qTest tools.
- Exhibit a solid track record in building automation frameworks and managing defect lifecycles.
- Hold a salary expectation aligned with the market rate of ₹15 LPA.
