You will have responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Under the direction of the Clinical Training Manager, assess the training and development needs of clinical services employees through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers.

  • Assist in organizing, planning, and presenting various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills refresher trainings in all aspects of clinical roles.

  • Assist in the development and presentation of unique clinical trainings to fulfill employees specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.

  • Serve as a system administrator for internal employee education and training platform (Relias).

  • Assist in administrating new hire orientation and ongoing mandatory in-person/remote employee trainings.

  • Assist in maintaining records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests/assessments and retraining requirements for competency.

  • Salary $56,000 - $72,000.
