Job Profile

  • Title: Training & Documentation Coordinator

  • Location: Aurangabad (Full-time, On-site)

  • Department: Admin

  • Reporting To: Managing Director’s Office




Key Responsibilities

Documentation

  • Collaborate with department heads to capture, document, and organize:

    • SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

    • Product guides and process manuals

    • Training handbooks and checklists

  • Maintain document version control, naming conventions, and indexing

  • Organize digital folder structures for accessibility and audits

Training Support

  • Assist in planning and executing internal training sessions for various departments

  • Maintain training logs, attendance sheets, and evaluation reports

  • Track employee training completion and generate progress reports

  • Support onboarding of new employees through structured training material

Content Coordination

  • Create clear training content using PowerPoint, Canva, and Docs

  • Coordinate collection of visuals: videos, process photos, diagrams

  • Work with internal/external designers and editors when needed

  • Maintain a central knowledge repository for all training content

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Liaise with Production, Sales, Quality, HR, and Admin to gather updates

  • Ensure timely updates of SOPs and training material

  • Collect feedback from team members to improve documentation and training quality



Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Graduate in any stream (Preferred: English, Commerce, Engineering, or Management)

  • 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)

Desired Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Good understanding of documentation standards

  • Ability to simplify technical processes

  • Structured thinking and organization skills

  • Willingness to learn digital tools (Canva, lucid etc.)

  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive

  • Must be comfortable working with leadership and different departments

  • Should maintain confidentiality and accuracy of documentation

  • Willing to participate in periodic training sessions for upskilling
