Tunnel Engineer
Overall experience 8yrs, 3yrs relevant exp in Metro Tunnel
Roles and responsibilities :
Supervise and monitor tunnel construction activities (TBM, NATM, cut & cover) ensuring compliance with design, drawings, and technical specifications.
Review geotechnical data, construction methodologies, and risk assessments, and implement mitigation measures for ground and structural safety.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve interface issues between tunnelling, stations, and system works.
Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards and quality control, conducting inspections and reviewing test/monitoring data (settlement, vibration, groundwater).
Prepare and maintain progress reports, method statements, and technical documentation, supporting project planning and timely execution.
