UI/UX LEAD

Summary

Lead the design of digital banking and financial tools, shaping user flows, UI components, and a unified design system for web and mobile apps.

This is a remote position.

The UX/UI Lead is responsible for defining and driving the end-to-end user experience strategy, leading product design execution, and ensuring consistency across all digital interfaces. The role blends strategic UX leadership, hands-on UI design, design systems ownership, and team mentorship, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UX/UI strategy across multiple digital products and platforms.
  • Design intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling user interfaces.
  • Own and evolve the design system for consistency and reuse.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver seamless product experiences.
  • Mentor and guide designers, raising overall design quality and maturity.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools.
  • Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsiveness across all products.
  • Drive design alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • 9+ years in UX/UI or Product Design, including leadership experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design (web & mobile).
  • Experience working in Agile, fast-paced product environments.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and design systems.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
