[URGENT] - Full Stack Flutter Developer

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Flutter Developer with strong expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Flutter development, backend engineering, cloud infrastructure, API integration, and AWS services.

This role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end application development, from building user-friendly front-end interfaces to developing backend services and managing cloud-based deployments. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile and web applications using Flutter and Dart.

• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and application integrations to support front-end functionality.

• Design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions using AWS services.

• Develop and deploy serverless applications and backend components using services such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Amazon S3, and DynamoDB.

• Configure and maintain cloud infrastructure, environments, security policies, and application deployment pipelines.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application builds, testing, and deployments.

• Integrate applications with databases, third-party services, and external APIs.

• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, reliability, and responsiveness.

• Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize AWS resource utilization and costs.

• Apply best practices in software development, cloud security, version control, testing, and documentation.

• Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications and Technical Skills

1. Mobile and Front-End Development

• Strong hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart.

• Experience developing and deploying cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS.

• Knowledge of responsive UI development, state management, and application architecture.

• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.

2. Backend and Full Stack Development

• Experience developing backend applications, business logic, and RESTful APIs.

• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language or framework, such as Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.

• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

• Understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and data management.

3. AWS Cloud Engineering — Strong Requirement

• Extensive hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining applications on AWS.

• Strong knowledge of relevant AWS services, including:

  • Compute and Serverless: AWS Lambda, Amazon EC2, AWS Fargate.

  • API and Integration: Amazon API Gateway, Amazon SQS, Amazon SNS.

  • Storage and Databases: Amazon S3, Amazon RDS, Amazon DynamoDB.

  • Security and Access Management: AWS IAM, AWS Secrets Manager, AWS KMS.

  • Monitoring and Logging: Amazon CloudWatch, AWS CloudTrail.

  • Infrastructure as Code: AWS CDK, AWS CloudFormation, or Terraform.

• Experience deploying, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting production workloads in AWS.

• Knowledge of cloud architecture, scalability, high availability, security, and cost optimization.

4. DevOps and Deployment

• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline.

• Proficiency in Git and collaborative source control workflows.

• Experience with automated testing, release management, and deployment automation.

• Familiarity with Docker and containerized application deployments is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade Flutter applications backed by AWS cloud services.

• Knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework principles.

• Experience with mobile application security, performance optimization, and production support.

• AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Developer – Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, are an advantage.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
