作为一名3D特效设计师（Contract），你将加入拳头，参与项目研发阶段的特效制作工作。
你将基于既定美术风格与表现方向，负责游戏内战斗与系统特效的制作与实现，与美术、动画、TA及客户端团队紧密协作，确保特效效果与性能表现达到项目要求。该岗位更侧重实际制作能力、引擎实现能力与性能控制能力，适合具备成熟产出经验的特效设计师。
岗位职责
特效制作与实现
- 根据设计需求，制作游戏内各类特效（技能、战斗反馈、环境特效、UI特效等）
- 独立完成特效从设计构思 → 制作 → 引擎实现的完整流程
- 使用粒子系统、材质与贴图等手段实现高质量视觉效果
引擎落地与调优
- 在/UE中完成特效搭建
- 配合动画与技能逻辑，实现特效与角色动作的精准匹配
- 调整特效节奏、层级与表现，确保游戏内效果一致性
性能优化与资源控制
- 控制特效性能成本（粒子数量、Overdraw、Shader复杂度等）
- 针对移动端进行特效优化（帧率、内存、Draw Call等）
- 在视觉效果与性能之间做出合理取舍
规范执行与资源输出
- 遵循项目特效规范（命名、结构、资源使用等）
- 输出规范化资源（贴图、材质、特效预设等）
- 保持资源整洁与可复用性
协作与反馈响应
- 与策划、动画、TA及客户端团队紧密协作，理解需求并快速执行
- 根据反馈快速迭代特效效果
- 在多任务环境中保证交付节奏与质量稳定
任职要求
- 5年以上游戏特效制作经验，有完整项目或外包经验优先
- 扎实的特效设计与制作能力（节奏、层次、视觉冲击力、运动规律）
- 熟练使用UE特效系统（Niagara优先）
- 熟悉材质编辑器，具备基础Shader理解能力
- 熟练使用相关工具（Photoshop / After Effects / Houdini / 3D软件等其一或组合）
- 理解游戏特效制作流程，具备“设计可落地”意识
- 具备性能优化经验（尤其移动端）
- 良好的执行力与时间管理能力，能够稳定交付
- 良好的沟通能力，能够高效响应反馈
加分项
- 熟悉风格化特效
- 具备Houdini程序化特效制作经验
- 有Shader编写或优化经验（HLSL）
- 熟悉UE性能分析工具（Profiler / RenderDoc 等）
- 有外包项目或远程协作经验
