Main Responsibilities

• Edit video pieces
  
• Trim video segments and assemble the sequence of the videos
  
• Reorder and fine-tune the video content to ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the videos
  
• Evaluate and review edited video footage to ensure that it matches the story from different scripts
  
• Evaluate and review edited video footage to ensure that it matches the narrative of the Product Development Director
  
• Combine video footage with different audio sound effects and soundtracks to create a dramatic effect
  
• Develop animations for video footages
  
• Perform video color correction
  
• Participate in video recording sessions
  
• Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research
  
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
  
• Use innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
  
• Contribute with ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
  
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as After Effects and Premiere Pro
  
• Organize and manage multiple projects in various stages of progress
  
• Present and pitch ideas, briefs, and concepts to various parties
  
• Develop an understanding of the target audience and the market
  
• Work cohesively within a multi-departmental team that is responsible for the research, development, and launch of new products
  
• Translate objectives into creative strategies
  
• Contribute to the implementation of new initiatives
  
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management
  
  

Requirements

• A degree is preferred in Graphic Design or related field; or a combination of equivalent experience and/or education
  
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  
• 2+ years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design
  
• Knowledge of Adobe programs (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is mandatory
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory
  
• Proficiency in macOS (Apple) operating system
  
• Ability to work effectively with people at various levels throughout the organization
  
• Must work well under pressure, grasp new ideas quickly, think outside the box, and be able to follow-up in a dynamic environment
  
• Must have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a high pace, dynamic environment
  
• Possesses good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present work from concept to final execution
  
• Willing to learn and grow as well as to challenge and contribute to ideas
  
• Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced work environment
  
• Work well independently with minimum supervision
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Have working knowledge or prior experience in designing animation and motion graphics is an advantage
