As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced VIP Team Lead to lead our VIP Department, develop a strong team, improve player retention, and drive key business results through data-driven decisions and effective leadership.

🎯 What you'll do
Lead, mentor, onboard, and develop a team of VIP Managers.
Monitor daily team performance and ensure KPI achievement.
Drive key business metrics, including:Team Deposit Amount (IN)
Team IN-OUT
Retention (M/M)
Analyze VIP player behavior, team performance, and database trends.
Identify growth opportunities and implement effective retention strategies.
Collaborate closely with CRM, Retention, Product, and other internal teams.
Optimize team workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Help the team consistently achieve ambitious business and revenue goals.
✅ What we're looking for
Experience in the iGaming industry.
Experience as a Team Lead, Senior VIP Manager, VIP Manager, Retention Manager, or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of VIP player management and retention.
Experience working with KPIs, business metrics, and performance analysis.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Leadership experience with strong coaching and people management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
High level of ownership, accountability, and self-motivation.
