Job Overview

HCA Healthcare is looking for experienced Senior QA Automation Engineers with strong expertise in Selenium, C#, and SQL to join its technology team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation testing, designing and developing automation frameworks, executing test scripts, and validating application functionality. Candidates should possess strong programming knowledge in C# and database testing experience using SQL.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and C#.
• Develop and maintain automation testing frameworks.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate backend data and database transactions.
• Identify, document, track, and report software defects.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements.
• Perform test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management.
• Ensure application quality, reliability, and performance through effective testing practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide regular testing updates.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and improve test coverage.
• Maintain test documentation and automation scripts.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong programming experience in C#.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of automation testing concepts and methodologies.
• Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Knowledge of API testing is an added advantage.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience & Education

• 5–12 years of relevant experience in QA Automation Testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with strong hands-on experience in Selenium + C# + SQL.
• Experience working on enterprise-level applications.
• Ability to independently handle automation testing activities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work in the 2 PM – 11 PM shift.
