WHS Business Analyst (SafetySuite Project)
Summary
A WHS Business Analyst supporting the rollout of the SafetySuite Enterprise Health and Safety Management System across Manildra Group's Australian sites. Day-to-day involves business process analysis, requirements documentation, technical writing, workflow mapping, UAT coordination, and change support, working with internal WHS teams and software vendors.
About the role
The WHS Business Analyst (Safety Suite) will support the successful implementation, deployment and adoption of the SafetySuite Enterprise Health and Safety Management System across Manildra Group's Australian operations. Working closely with Manildra Group WHS team, SafetySuite implementation team, site stakeholders and project subject matter experts, the role will be responsible for business process analysis, requirements documentation, technical writing, workflow mapping, user acceptance testing coordination, change support and implementation activities associated with the rollout of SafetySuite across multiple operating sites.
Key responsibilities
Business process analysis and requirements documentation
Technical writing including procedures, work instructions, user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training documentation
Workflow mapping and analysis
User acceptance testing (UAT) coordination
Change support and implementation activities
Facilitating workshops with internal stakeholders and software vendors
Supporting SafetySuite Enterprise Health and Safety Management System rollout across multiple operating sites
About you
Degree qualification in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, WHS, Engineering, Business Analytics or related discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
Demonstrated experience implementing Enterprise Software Solutions
Proven experience in safety management systems, WHS software platforms or EHS management systems
Strong business process mapping and workflow analysis capability
Exceptional technical writing experience
Experience facilitating workshops with internal stakeholders and software vendors
Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Ability to travel periodically to Manildra Group operating sites throughout Australia
Hold a current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence
