• Contribute to design improvements for more efficient environment support
• Drive process automation and a better managed services solution
• Increase service availability via iterative infrastructure improvements
• Research and select delivery infrastructure options and design architecture
• Manage deployment, maintenance, and upgrade paths of infrastructure
• Oversee connectivity and ensure smooth operations across the platform
• Collaborate with development and customer-facing support teams to meet deadlines

• Strong infrastructure and OS background
• Strong PowerShell skills
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code concepts
• Proficiency in Ansible and Terraform
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell on Windows and Linux)
• Proficient cloud awareness in Azure
• Experience with GitOps framework
• Good understanding of Microsoft SQL and database deployments
