Experience in managing workforce plans and recruitment process lifecycle.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.

Knowledge of data mining and analytical analysis.

Proven experience working in global virtual teams.

Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Fluent English (spoken and written).
