Senior SRE focused on observability at e-Core in Campinas, Brazil: mapping and implementing alerts for critical user journeys, closing instrumentation gaps (metrics, logs, traces, synthetics), building service dashboards, and standardizing monitors using New Relic, OpenTelemetry, and Python/Bash/Terraform automation.
IT Operations Engineering Lead
Leads e-Core's internal IT operations engineering team in Campinas: assesses observability/AIOps maturity, sets standards for monitors, alerts, runbooks, and automation, and guides observability, SRE, and incident-response engineers. Requires deep observability-platform (New Relic preferred) and incident-management experience.
