Application Support - VisionPlus Credit Card System (1 Year Contract)

Job description :

• Be a first resolver in service request (eg. extraction data, patch data, ad hoc-request) and incident management process.

• Responsible for responding to issues and clarifications requested from business users.

• Discuss with application owner and manage vendor to resolve issue.

• Support for project implementation.

• Support for system and network maintenance.

• Support for DR/BCP process.

• Provide and support for vendors to access environment.

• Provide and support for Audit documents.

• Provide consultancy to IT team and business users.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Experience in Mainframe production support and incident management.

• Strong knowledge of COBOL, JCL, CICS.

• Experience in batch monitoring, job failure analysis, and problem resolution.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams.

• Provide on-call support during critical incidents.

Working location: Krungsri Ploenchit Office (KSPO) - WFO 3 days per week.
