  • Act as an Associate Product Manager / Product Owner in the Financial Capacity squad, within Credit products;
  • Exert influence on the strategy, roadmap, and business rules of the product;
  • Manage the squad's backlog, act on the prioritization of activities, and govern deliverables;
  • Actively participate in rituals with technical teams (dailies, refinements, planning, review, retrospective, etc.);
  • Communicate with stakeholders and align priorities according to the product strategy, maintaining as main interlocutors the heads of partner areas, such as technology, legal, analytics, compliance, pricing, pre-sales, product marketing, and the like;
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including enabling service discontinuation plans when necessary;
  • Monitor Revenue, Consumption, Budget, Forecast, and Pipeline indicators to ensure portfolio profitability;
  • Monitor squad performance indicators to influence strategies for achieving corporate OKRs;
  • Build executive reports, demonstrating the tracking of deliverables and initiatives and their impacts on the product and area results.

  • Bachelor's degree completed; Advanced English; Initiative, leadership, and critical thinking to make business decisions, whether to solve problems or to deliver value to the customer; Proactive, seek to acquire knowledge, and always be up to date with market news and competition; Organization and analytical capacity so that proposed initiatives solve customer pain points in an agile and high-quality manner; Be up to date with news in the Financial and Data markets to apply to the company's portfolio.
